Terms & Conditions of Sales
These general terms govern all sales of products by Animaitaliana S.r.l. via our website. They are applicable to all customers, whether the purchase is made for personal or business purposes. These terms form an integral part of all proposals, orders, and sales agreements.

For customers who are natural persons purchasing for personal, non-business purposes, the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 of the Italian Consumer Code apply. This decree enforces European directives on consumer protection, particularly Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Any modifications to these terms or payment conditions must be agreed in writing by Animaitaliana S.r.l. to be valid.

When an order is placed on the website, it constitutes a contract proposal and implies full acceptance of these terms. Upon receipt, we will send an automatic email confirming that we have received your order. However, this email does not confirm acceptance of the order.

Orders are confirmed when Animaitaliana S.r.l. verifies availability and issues formal acceptance, usually within 72 hours of placing the order. If no further communication is received within that period, the order is considered accepted. In the event we cannot accept your order, you will be notified by email.

Price, Delivery Cost and Availability
All prices displayed on the website include VAT, import duties, and any applicable taxes. These costs are already applied to the final price and are managed by Poesie Veneziane, ensuring no additional charges at the time of delivery.

Animaitaliana S.r.l. reserves the right to change prices and product availability without prior notice. However, the prices applicable to already accepted orders will remain unchanged. Please note that stock levels are not updated in real-time, so shipping may be delayed if an ordered item is out of stock.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU, retail customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 working days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason. This period is extended to 30 days during holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas and Ferragosto).

Conditions for withdrawal:

The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all documents and accessories.

The original packaging must be placed in an outer box to avoid damage during return shipping.

The customer is responsible for the shipment until the product reaches our warehouse.
