This return period is 14 days from the day your order is delivered. This period is extended to 30 days during Summer and Winter Holidays.

The items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition you received them: clean, unworn and undamaged. We advise you try on the shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid leaving marks on the soles. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return, and refunds may consequently be denied.

Upon receipt of your returned item(s) and verification of their condition, we will proceed with issuing a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase*.
