• Switzerland: €14 shipping via FedEx Express ( 2-5 business days). Free returns.
• UK: £16 shipping via FedEx Express (3-7 business days). Free returns.
• US: $28 shipping via FedEx Express (3-7 business days). Free returns.
• Rest of the World: €30 shipping via FedEx Express (4-8 business days). Free returns.

Taxes and Duties
All taxes and customs duties are handled by Poesie Veneziane.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Additionally, depending on where you are located, you will be receiving update emails from our courier partners GLS Group or FedEx.

Order fulfillment

• Orders are fulfilled from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
• ⁠Orders placed after 12:30 p.m. are usually fulfilled the next day.
• Orders placed after 12:30 p.m. on Friday will be fulfilled the following Monday.

Amending your order
During processing hours, your order is handled immediately after being placed. If you wish to cancel, make changes to your order or change the shipping address, please notify us immediately at customerservice@poesieveneziane.com. However, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations. We recommend double-checking all details before finalising your order to ensure accuracy.

Exchanges
