Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 12:30 p.m. will be shipped the next day.
Orders placed after 12:30 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
In ITALY orders are delivered within 48 hours.
In EU Countries orders are delivered within 5-7 days.
In the US and non-EU Countries expected delivery time is 1-2 weeks.
> From ITALY: Product exchange at € 5.
> From EU: We'll ask for € 12 for shipping costs via payment link, collect your product/s and re-ship the new size.
> REST OF THE WORLD: We'll ask for € 20/25 for shipping costs via payment link, collect your product/s and re-ship the new size.
Our shoes have a regular fit. Therefore, we recommend buying the size you usually wear or, if you are undecided between the two, the larger one.
In any case, you can always return your shoes and request a size change.
