SIMPLIFIED ORDER EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY TABLE:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For whatever reason, the retail customer may withdraw from the agreement (a "Retail Customer" is a physical person buying products for purposes that do not include business or professional activities). To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer shall send an email including all the details of their order to Animaitaliana S.r.l. (customerservice@poesieveneziane.com) within 14 working days from the delivery date (extended to 30 days during holidays periods such as Christmas and Summer Holidays "ferragosto"). Note: the right of withdrawal may not be exercised by customers buying with their own VAT number.

The right of withdrawal is submitted under the following conditions:
1. the good and its parts shall be intact and returned in the original packaging (documents and accessories included);
2. the original packaging shall be placed into an additional box to limit the damage (the application of labels or adhesive tapes on the original packaging is forbidden);
3. the customer is completely responsible for the shipping until the delivery of the product to Animaitaliana S.r.l.’s warehouse;
4. freight charges for the return of the product shall be paid by the retail customer.

Animaitaliana S.r.l. is by no means responsible for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipping. No packets paid cash on delivery and freight collect will be collected under any circumstances.

Following is all you need to know about return/exchange policies.

General

In order for Poesie Veneziane to accept any return/exchange of Products, Products must be returned in full condition, together with their original packing, undamaged, with their label attached, with a clean and unused sole (shoes), accompanied by all of their accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice/receipt you received.

The Customer shall not have to justify the reasons or pay penalties when exchanging a product or returning it, this is your right. With the exception of costs that are listed below and are related to shipping costs and import/export taxes.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES, RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR ITALIAN CUSTOMERS

For Italian Customers, Product exchanges (such as changes in size or color) have a cost of € (see table SIMPLIFIED ORDER EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY), requested via a payment link. Please follow the simple instructions contained in the box you received to book a return. The refund will be processed within days.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES, RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR EU CUSTOMERS (outside of Italy)

Product exchanges (such as changes in size or color) have a cost of € (see table SIMPLIFIED ORDER EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY). Please follow the simple instructions contained in the box you received. This shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (in case of a refund) or requested via a payment link (in case of size/color/product exchange). The refund will be processed within days.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR NON-EU CUSTOMERS (outside of the EU)

Product exchanges (such as changes in size or color) have a cost of € (see table SIMPLIFIED ORDER EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY). In case of return, the client will be refunded in full, minus transport costs and import taxes. The Customer is required to pay for any transportation expenses, plus any customs duties, or return the product to Poesie Veneziane independently. In case of any transport cost or import taxes that are claimed on Poesie Veneziane even in the case the client decides to ship the product back independently, these costs will be deducted from the value of the purchase before the refund. The refund will be processed within days.

FORFEITURE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal shall forfeit when Animaitaliana S.r.l. determines:
1. the total or partial use of the good;
2. the lack of the original external and/or internal packaging;
3. the lack of products' basic elements;
4. the damage of the product for causes different from transportation.

In the aforesaid cases, Animaitaliana S.r.l. shall return the goods to the sender who shall cover the shipping costs.

CONTACT AND COMPLAIN

Animaitaliana S.r.l. exclusively sells new and original products belonging to the brand Poesie Veneziane and its own collections, made following high-quality standards. Any notice or complaints to Animaitaliana S.r.l. on the Purchase Agreements shall be sent to the Customer Service, writing to customerservice@poesieveneziane.com
